The Ambiance is very classy , the service was little slow but they were just opening up for the day so that understandable but the food was great ! The pasta OmG The drinks were not watered down. It's by reservation only so that was a plus not having to wait in a long line. Would recommend
My meal was awesome. I had a lime and a peach margarita, plus the ultimate seafood waffle. The waffle was soft and fluffy with a fried lobster tail, shrimp and salmon bites. Comes with syrup and a hot honey sauce. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. I was in awe at the food and drinks the other patrons had. Everything is photo worthy. There's live music every Sunday. The lady that was singing was good, she was interactive with the patrons and had us all singing along. The waiter was attentive and kept checking in with me, which I appreciated. Check the website, there is a dress code and make reservations.
A friend and I went there on a Sunday for brunch. The service was excellent. They were very accommodating to my friend who has some special needs. The atmosphere is great. Whoever decorated did an awesome job. We didn't have to wait long and the food was delicious. I had the lambchops and my friend had seafood waffle. It is not cheap but definitely worth a trip.
When UPSCALE meets SOUL equals an amazing VIBE! From the hostess to our server to the owner, Ms. Dallas...service was detailed and impeccable! The signature drinks, on point! The appetizers, we had salmon bites and duck wings, on point AND for the main course...the oxtails beyond phenomenal! I was in the area on a business trip and so thankful that a friend suggested Beyond Sweet for dinner. Yall, the vibe is ALL THAT!
So grateful that Dallas Holland has gone BEYOND what we are accustomed to when it comes to elegant dining in the St. Louis Metro Area! The food, the ambiance, all the way down to the dress code requirement, made my dining experience wonderful. Others need to follow suit! My party and I was BEYOND satisfied with everything! Pastor R. The food menu has something for everyone. A mix of fried foods, salads, grilled fish, etc! I tried the whole snapper plate, honey lemon pepper shrimp and a margarita flight. The shrimp were soooo good! Crispy, steaming hot and flavored so well. The snapper was good and the brussels sprouts were YUMMY. My rice was cooked well and had good flavor. The margarita flight was strong, just like I like my drinks! I feel that the price of food matches the quality and quantity you receive. I would say to work on staffing. Sometimes there's not always a host at the door for guests to be greeted. I also had to wait about 10 minutes for sometime to tend to my table but after the server came, everything was flawless!!
The decor is very cute, excellent atmosphere for a date with the friends or a special sometime. The service is excellent, very attentive. The food was some of the best I've had in St. Louis. Compliments to the Chef!
Beautiful bar and restaurant located on the west end of Delmar. The service is great and staff does their best to accommodate guests. Drinks are strong with clever names, lol. The food is served hot, tasty and flavorful. We didn't get a chance to try their treats, but because we had a great experience, we can't wait to go back for more.
I've been waiting a while to try this place. I kind of wanted to wait until the crazy hype died down, but I was glad I finally got to check it out. I absolutely love the decor of the restaurant and how it was set up with the upstairs and downstairs. I think that's pretty unique as most restaurants don't offer that option and it allows things to be safe separated without everything being on one level so I really like that. The bathroom was extremely clean and the selfie station was really nice to play around with. I love the bar and the fact that they had live music, great entertainment, and great food. You can't go wrong. Appetizer: Crispy Duck Wings (extremely crispy and flavorful) 5/5, Yard Bird 4/5 Dinner: Catfish Po Boy 4/5, Grilled Cheese Smash-burger 3/5 ( A bit pricey for size and the cheese was not melted at all), Shorty Got Beef 5/5, Ocean Cajun Alfredo 4/5 (Kudos to the restaurant for re-going the salmon because the recipient didn't like the taste. They were really good about it.) I will be back to support!
